Take time for your own self care

Take the time for your own self care this festive season. It can often be a hectic and stressful time for people. Be kind and gentle with yourself, and remember self care is not selfish.


A few of our favourite ways here at HeartSong Normandie to take care of ourselves include meditation, singing, reiki and getting outside for walks with the dogs.

  1. I love this post. I am always saying that self care is never selfish. In fact, it is one of the most important things we can do for others! We have to have our health and well being in tact in order to be helpful to others. So not only is self care no selfish, it is absolutely essential. I rely on Reiki, yoga, and meditation for keeping a healthy balance in my life.
