Experience and explore the many wellbeing benefits of meditation, using your voice and making sound. It’s not about getting the ‘right notes’ but enjoying and relaxing into feeling the benefits to help support and nurture your self care.


What is a mantra? Simply put it is a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation.

Anyone new to meditation, mantras and singing for wellbeing or those wanting to develop and refresh their own practice. No prior experience necessary.


What to expect:

We’ll start each session with a guided meditation and relaxation exercise followed by mantras, sound meditations, songs and chants from around the world.


Join us to sing simple, soulful songs, chants, mantras and sound meditations from around the world to uplift, relax, bring joy and nurture our wellbeing.


We provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for meditation, singing and using your voice where absolutely all singing abilities are welcome. No prior experience is necessary and there is no need to read music, as everything will be taught by ear/repetition. The only requirement is a curiosity to explore using your voice and the wellbeing benefits of meditation, sound and singing together.
